The Solomon Islands Postal Corporation (SIPC) is a state-owned-enterprise set up by an Act of Parliament. The company’s functions include, among other things, the provision of postal services within Solomon Islands and other countries and the carrying out of business activities that are incidental to postal services. The Corporation is governed by a Board of Directors which the Executive reports to.

The Board also works with the Ministry of Communication and Aviation’s (MCA) Information Communication Technology Services Division on matters of policy and on international postal services matters such as at meetings of the Universal Postal Union (UPU).
