The ICT Services Division works closely with regulators in the ICT and communications sector responsible for issuing licences for television broadcast and telecommunication services. As representatives of the Minister responsible for the Telecommunication and Television Acts, the Division’s level of interaction with these regulators is mostly in the form of setting general policy directions for the regulators.
